Introduction to Quilling

Placecards Hands-on Demonstration for a group of up to 12 people.

Flat fee is $25 per group: approximately one hour.
Includes instruction and supplies for each person to make a quilled flower place card.

Basic Quilling Workshop

Coils
Basic Instruction

Minimum of 4, maximum of 6 people.

A hands-on quilling workshop for beginners and those who want a review of the techniques. It will cover making basic rolled coils, scrolls, and fringed flowers. As time permits, simple husking may be included.

$45 per person; 4 hour class: (with ½ hour break for lunch)
Includes instruction and quilling supplies for each person to make a gift card, a bookmark, and a gift tag.

We will provide:

Slotted quilling tool
Bent nose tweezers
Fine tip glue bottle

Students should bring:

Small sharp pointed scissors
A piece of Styrofoam board or cork board at least 6”x6” (something that pins can easily penetrate)
A few large headed pins
A 6” or 12” ruler

3D Cone-Shaped Tree Workshop

Jessie the Dog

Technique for making three dimensional objects with marquis coils.

$25 per person; 2 hour class:
Includes instruction and quilling supplies for project.

Prerequisite: Knowledge of making basic marquis coils.

Students should plan to bring:

Tools from Basic Workshop (slotted tool, bent nose tweezers, fine tip glue bottle)
Small sharp pointed scissors

Intermediate Quilling Workshop

Jessie the Dog Minimum of 3, maximum of 6 people.

We can accomodate a specific project, a specific technique, or a combination of both.

Cost depends on class content; 2-3 hour class:
Includes instruction and quilling supplies for project.

Students should plan to bring:

Tools from Basic Workshop (slotted tool, bent nose tweezers, fine tip glue bottle)
Small sharp pointed scissors
A piece of Styrofoam board or cork board at least 6”x6” (something that pins can easily penetrate)

Customized class content depending on ability and interests of student.

$25 per hour plus materials; 2-3 hour class.
